As a licensed realtor I am a service specialist: someone who has trained extensively and is committed to practicing according to the real estate regulations of British Columbia. The service: working to help my clients buy or sell what is likely their largest single asset. The dollar-value of the transaction, the complexity of marketing in today's busy urban setting and the need for experience in executing the transaction legally and properly all make working with a realtor your most effective choice in today's market. I work within a network of other professionals, and have access to the information and tools to best approach the market on your behalf. In addition, as a realtor I have access to the largest pool of qualified buyers and sellers, and can get you the quickest results on the sale or purchase of your home.

When I consult with clients, the most pressing issue or topic is pricing. Through the years, I have considered how to best address this particular issue. The bottom line is that I, nor any realtor, can control pricing - the price is solely a result of market forces such as supply and demand. While the market is always adjusting to these conditions, I work within those parameters to best meet the needs of my clients. I renew my training on a yearly basis, with continuing education that is required to maintain my license and keep up with the ever-changing regulations, and I continue to work hard to offer my clients services that will help them buy or sell for the best price possible in the shortest time, with the least hassle.
